Inter-municipal agreements exist between the Town of Hastings (where all remaining 115 +/- acres of land are located) and the Village of Central Square (the municipal entity with an existing public sewer system in place and in which phase I of the development project was completed) allowing for potential hook up of a portion of the development with an existing sanitary sewer system. Additionally, it is

believed that the remainder of the development would have access to existing and established water and sewer districts in the Town of Hastings, New York.



This land had been deemed a “prime development site” by the local Syracuse newspapers prior to the announced Micron development plans, and represents a golden opportunity for serious minded local real estate developers.
