The complex contains 165 beds with bedroom/bathroom parity, all sitting atop a 2-story ground floor retail component consisting of 10,294 RSF, with approximately 195’ of frontage on Montezuma Avenue.

Approximately 7,294 SF of Leasing Office, Amenity, and Fitness space, a rooftop spa, as well as storage units and bike parking per city requirements is proposed for the residents. The project proposes 45 space parking spaces split between the first and second levels.
