I am a chiropractor and teacher looking for someone to share my space, specifically my room. I share the entire space with a few other's but due to the nature of our schedules, it never feels crowded and many times I have the place to myself. Since there are a few of us it is great for cross referrals and can help someone build their biz. I am renting my own room so there is space for someone to have privacy and grow their business or continue with their current patient or client base and lower overhead, if that is something one is looking to do. There would only be 2 of us sharing my room. This place is a great location with a lot of families and people walking by, much visibility, handicap accessible, 1st floor entrance, sunny, in a desirable area next to Duboce dog park and on the same street as some delicious cafes. There is storage available. Easy street parking. Easy 22 Muni, N Judah and other public transportation all around. This can be a win-win for the right person. I have been here for years and love it! My teaching responsibilities have me out of the office a lot more lately and this is why I am looking to share my space. This would be a sub-lease situation, month to month if needed. Days available are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Saturdays. There are days I will be away and I am happy to open those days up as well when I am traveling or out of the office in general. I am open to discuss what can work for whoever is interested. Rent will depend on how many days but starts at $250.00. My room is 150+ sq. feet, the office as a whole is 1000 sq. footage, sorry, I don't know exactly how big.
